CEL KULASEKARAN is a Research Associate at Windham Capital Management, LLC. He is responsible for supporting Windham’s investment technology, investment management, and advisory businesses within the Research and Development department. He co-developed Windham’s flagship investment tool, the Windham Portfolio Advisor and manages the development process of our enterprise applications. In addition, he constructs customized solutions and global investment strategies for our institutional clients.

Cel received a Bachelor of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Arts from Boston University.
