ELLEN MILLER is a Business Development Associate at Windham Capital Management, LLC. She is responsible for the growth and development of Windham’s investment technology and investment management businesses. In addition, she is responsible for product delivery and client services, maintaining relationships with hundreds of the largest institutions and asset owners in the world. Previously, she was a political operative, working in the research and communications core for several high profile campaigns and, later, as a senior aide in the U.S. Congress.

Ellen received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.
